Norma Bowman is a highly experienced AAT qualified Financial Controller, bringing over 40 years of expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, import/export, and cash flow management. Her career began in the civil service, where she developed a solid foundation in finance before transitioning to small businesses as a bookkeeper and payroll clerk. Norma later joined a local engineering company, where she played a key role in expanding the accounts department from just one person to a team of six as the business grew. In addition to her proficiency in daily bookkeeping, Norma excels in cash flow management and preparing management accounts, making her an invaluable asset to any organisation.
